  100% useless, ordered 2 wraps garlic bread and a large chips. They burnt the garlic bread and brought it out after the wraps. The chips never came had to go up and ask and they forgot. Also the phone was ringing and the girls were just at the counter talking to each other. Couldn't get a refund back on to my card because they had no idea how to do a refund. If you want nandos you are better off going across the road to garden city.

  Love the food! My only issue is the phone service, yes I know it gets busy but for me to have to call 6 times until I get an answer is a problem. If they hadn't answered the 6th time I wouldn't have bothered calling again and would have bought food elsewhere.

  When the cook gave me my order I again asking if the perinaise dip was in the bag and he said it was. Got home and guess what...no dip! When I rang to complain they took forever to answer the phone and when someone finally did, after telling the staff member what my issue was he said he would put me on to the manager but he didn't. He told me the staff that took my order didn't bother to get my order right and just apologised and said he wasn't there as he just started his shift so he wouldn't know. I explained that it needed to be mentioned to this particular staff member and that she should get into the habit of issuing receipts with every order to avoid similar issues in the future, he just laughed it off. Seriously if you're going to charge through the roof passing off high-end junk food you better get your service right! If a paying customer tells you something is wrong use your head and actually listen to them because they are doing you a favour! Thanks Nando's Mt. Gravatt for ruining what I thought was a good day! I won't be going back and I recommend that others stay well clear of this place until they either change their staff or retrain them.

  Just visited this place and I had a bad experience. Specifically asked for a perinaise dip with my order but the staff members mind must of been elsewhere because she forgot to put in in the order. Because she failed to give me a receipt I assumed she had gotten my order right, obviously not.
