    Always packed. Wait time has always been 1.5 hrs. Some staffs are not willing to help. Not willing to know your situation. They don't know the benefits they offer. So if you don't know EXACTLY what you are looking for, they will not tell you/grant you anything. Attitude is rude too. If you are thinking of visiting centrelink, try wooloongabba or browns plains, might get things done faster by driving the extra distance.

    A-Holes. Most of the staff don't want to be there. Security guys are nasty too

    Terrible experience, they treat you like scum, make you wait hours because they are understaffed and then lie to your face about fake appointments they say they booked for you. Poor effort centerlink!
