    Great customer service! We had a diamond fall out of an earring and due to being overseas we were outside of the warranty and was able to extend the warranty for a month! The Manager was very helpful and we got a new pair of earrings with a new year warranty! Recommend for sure!

    Bought a watch on a Friday as a gift. Discovered that the intended recipient was already getting a much better watch. Took the watch back on the Sunday only to be told no refunds. I understand policy but once that credit has been spent we won't be purchasing here again.

    The people are lovely but maybe don't resize rings if they can't be resized? Or at least let the customer know? Pretty disappointed that my favourite birthday present is now ruined because the girl didn't bother to tell me the ring shouldn't be downsized. The mess around of having to wait 6 weeks now to have it redesigned is annoying.
